Configuration Options
Dependent on the chosen model, your extractor can be fitted with a range of options to suit your specific application. These include:
Hopper Outlet
Ideal for dustless bin changes. The gate can be manually or pneumatically actuated and allows dustless bin changes with the extractor in full operation.
Dust Relocation Rotary Valve
Ideal for dustless bin changes. The gate can be manually or pneumatically actuated and allows dustless bin changes with the extractor in full operation.
Our dust extractors can be fitted to a dump bin of your choice. Standard sizes range from 1.5 to 6m3, and can either be custom built or supplied by your current waste removal company.
Our dust extractors can be fitted with heavy-duty 240L wheelie bins, which we can supply in translucent to enable you to see the dust level. The extractors are fitted with a quick-release latch and bin locators, to ensure the bin can be removed and fitted quickly and easily.
Our extractors can be fitted with a range of features for power optimisation. From soft start to full inverter fan speed management, each of our systems is individually tuned on site to minimise power consumption without compromising on performance. This includes the option for manual or automatic shut-off gates at each outlet.
Our dust extractors can be modified to any specific waste container - from small drums to dual-axle trailers.
Our extractors can be powder-coated in a large range of colours to meet your colour preference - whether they be council requirement or your company colours.
To provide a total solution, we offer and install ducting to connect your machinery to your dust extractor. You can find our large range of ducting components here.
Duct boosters are ideal solutions for problematic duct runs, where there is a potential for dust drop out. These boosters ensure that there is no dust settling in the ducting, while maintaining velocity, minimising power consumption and reducing fire risk.
Our systems can be fitted with a fire detection and suppression system, or spark arrestors to minimise the risk of fire.
Ideal for the extraction of highly combustible material. The size of the vents and/or panels can be tailored to your needs, dependent on the material being collected and the location of the dust extractor.
